One meal which will forever stay with me was our flight from OT to Hoedspruit. Our rooibos and rye bread sandwich was THE best meal we have ever enjoyed on a domestic flight anywhere in the world.

I have used Airlink many times in the past and found the service quite agreeable.
The in-flight staff is always top of their class and service is friendly and timeous but I have to mention something that has repeatedly impressed me, the catering.
Even the most humble lunch is offered with all elements taken in consideration.

• Portions are well thought through to minimise waste
• Several meal options are available
• Presentation is professional including condiments, serviettes and packaging.
• Most of all the meals are divine!

Every morsel is delicious, from the savoury biscuit to the little sweet dessert.

Loved your food !!! – flight in Dec between JHB and Walvis Bay (return)

I just needed to extend a compliment to you on the food served on the flights between JHB and Walvis Bay (and return) during our December holiday, 16 Dec 22- returning on 2nd Jan 23 (both meals served were a lunch).

We have flown with some of the major airlines in the past: Qatar, Emirates, KLM, Lufthansa etc and of all these airlines we really enjoyed the food served on Airlink.

The packaging is practical (compact to replace everything after use) and is beautiful with the Sunbird and the food was really very tasty, loved the sweet treats included – we really enjoyed it!

AMAZING FOOD

I flew up and down to Zambia this week with Airlink and I would really just like to compliment you guys on the food, we had silver side and potato salad. It was just amazing.

I have been working with the Siyathemba team for the past ±12 years, I can still remember when Sonette and her team started in the old Swissport Canteen on the Charlie apron side. In this past 12 years we as company NAS Colossal Aviation previously under the name Bidair Services used the only the best and are still the best Catering company that does our catering for all our meetings, functions, and meals for our staff during Industrial action, and for our staff who are working overtime.
Sonette, Noel and the Siyatemba team are always professional and only provide the best service even on short notice, they are always ready to assist where they can even if they need to prepare 300 meals at a time, the preparation of the food is of the best quality.

Our clients normally ask provide the meals for Nas Colossal, and I am proud to say that it is Siyathemba catering.

They are not only the Best Catering Company they are also working as a team and as a family.
